The inaugural Africa Impact Forum was a milestone for ALI Fellows to re-engage and map the power and potential of their network. It offered a reflective space to align with ALI’s vision and role in Africa’s leadership landscape. The AIF featured seminar dialogues, topical discussions and peer consultancies focused on inclusive economic growth, ethical governance, innovation and education.

 

Over 100 Fellows from across Africa gathered to co-create a shared vision for ALI 2030 and identify immediate action steps to deepen leadership impact. The event set the foundation for a continent-wide leadership movement grounded in values and collective accountability.
