Summary
Africa Impact Forum 2020 challenged Fellows to shift from reactive leadership to building resilient systems and institutions that outlast individual leaders. The AIF emphasised the need for competence, character and capacity to address Africa’s complex challenges in education, health, youth employment, technology, infrastructure and governance.
It aligned closely with the African Union’s Agenda 2063, calling for Africans to own their development and nurture transformative leadership. Over 100 Fellows engaged in deep dialogue to explore how to build sustainable structures that drive inclusive growth and shared prosperity across the continent.
