Held amid global volatility and the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, Africa Impact Forum 2023 focused on the agility and resilience required of African leaders today. The AIF brought together 110 influential Fellows and 16 youth delegates to exchange knowledge, identify shared concerns and commit to measurable actions. It highlighted the importance of value-based leadership, youth engagement and collaborative problem-solving to navigate complexity.

 

Partnerships with organisations like the Mastercard Foundation enhanced youth participation, making the Forum’s discussions richer and more inclusive. The event reinforced the commitment of ALI Fellows to lead Africa through uncertainty toward a sustainable and just future.
